Mix 1 part toner (42ml full bottle) and 2 parts developer (84ml), mix well until it becomes very thick liquid form. Apply your Wella Toner to damp, towel dried hair.  This will help the toner not to 'grab' at sections of the hair (which can leave some parts more toned than others). Start from the body of end of your hair, leave root to the end to apply. Lighter than natural shade, first time application:  Develop for 15 minutes, check, then process up to an additional 15 minutes, or until color is even. Which Developer to use? 10 Vol Developer: This is the more gentle choice. Use 10 Vol Developer with your toner if you're looking to go darker with your toner,  if your hair is damaged or if you have lots of natural colour (think balayage) as it's less likely to alter your hair. 20 Vol Developer: This is the stronger choice. Use 20 Vol Developer with your toner if you are looking to go lighter with your toner, if you've just bleached and your hair is uneven or if you're seeing a lot of brassy yellow or orange tones. Be careful with using 20 Vol Developer if you have natural roots as it can slightly lighten and make them look brassy. You can use a combination of developers to get your desired look! E.g. 10 Vol Developer on sections closer to the root and 20 Vol Developer to the mid-lengths and ends. Returns
We are a start-up small business and unfortunately, we do not accept refund on change of mind, so please make up your mind before purchase. We accept returns or exchanges if the products we delivered was incorrect by mistake. Our policy lasts 10 days after the products are delivered. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept refund only in special cases and buyer is responsible for return postage. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the products are damaged during postage, please notify us within 1 business day so we can claim the damage from the insurance offered by our courier service providers. We require photo evidence of the damage products with the original parcel label and packaging in order to process with a full refund.
