Here is a pre-owned taller vintage woman's hat covered with mottled brown feathers - perhaps pheasant or similar bird.  The hat measures about 8 inches in diameter and is about 5 inches tall.   The hat shows some light dirt and wear - specifically the green silk lining is showing holes.    Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
