Tobacco cutting machines

First and only fine cut size machine on the market. We equipped it with sealed bearings and with new ultra thin 0.7mm cutting rollers and combs. In order not to litter arround we installed rotated chute so machine can be used by right or left-handed. Ergonomic cutting rollers with a length of 10 cm and anti-roll system are made from the highest quality stainless steel. Heavy-duty rack suitable for mechanical drive via 8mm socket.

Before each use, make sure that the collecting combs are tight against the rollers. It is recommended to apply a small amount of oil to the cutting rollers each time. The material to be cut must be carefully prepared, removing any hard parts of the leaf such as the stem and coarse vein. Also, too high a moisture content of the leaves can clog the cutting rollers, so we recommend using a hygrometer (16% -20% will give us the best result). We will achieve the best effect by cutting individual leaves, do not insert several leaves at the same time, it may block the cutting rollers and damage the machine as a result. After each use, the machine should be cleaned with a cloth and any material remaining in the cutting rollers should be removed.

Mechanical damage caused by inappropriate use of the machine may void the warranty.
