I have to admit that I don't know much about this unusual solid metal character figurine. It is a man with a large mustache. He's wearing sort of a wide brimmed top hat. He's also wearing what I thought was a grass skirt, but upon closer observation the skirt is made of large leaves. He has comical facial features, that are rather "generic" and does not appear to be any particular race. It has no date or maker marks of any kind. I think it is probably pot metal with a brass surface finish. He measures 4 inches tall. The base is 2 inches square. I could not find another example in my online searching.
