People were pretty excited when Believer Magazine scored CHARLES BURNS of Black Hole fame to pen a series of cover portraits for them...and he did not disappoint! Figures from all the arts represented with that impeccable ink and brush work by the Indie comix legend. Burns captures the mischievous grin of Martin perfectly.  Pen and ink on paper (8 x 7 inches), July 2003. Excellent condition. Signed C. Burns in pencil on the verso.
