This is a new GM NOS old stock antenna  MOTOR AND MAST KIT. THESE ARE AC  DELCO. THESES KITS WHERE  purchased from a AC DELCO supplier.  These are the OEM  parts to rebuild your old non working antenna.  All you need to do is remove one screw and mast housing comes off you old antenna and you add it to this one and you are done.   THESE HAVE CORRECT BLACK MAST UNLIKE GM REPLACEMENTS WHICH ARE CHROME.  I DO HAVE A FEW COMPLETE KITS LEFT IF YOU LOOK AT MY OTHER LISTING BUT THEY HAVE THE GM REPLACEMENT CHROME MASTS   1993-2002 Camaro and Firebird.
