Antique/original Cotelco Elevator Annunciator. These old call boxes seemed to have had a number of different uses. The wiring diagram on the inside of the back panel refers it as an "elevator call". Also on that diagram it reads: S.H. Couch Company, Norfolk Downs, Mass. S.H. Couch in 1910 had company headquarters and manufacturing facility in Norfolk Downs, Quincy Massachusetts and produced alarms, call boxes, annunciators, intercoms, interphones etc. Although i couldn't find a direct link between the name "Cotelco" (under the bell on the front panel) and S.H. Couch Company (on the wiring diagram), it seems possible that Cotelco might stand for Couch Telephone Company. These are very difficult to come by, and this one is in great condition for it's age. From what i've seen of these it appears to be a complete unit. I've not tested it in any way, so i don't know that it works. It is a beautiful antique collectible. Please refer closely to the pictures for detail and info. Found and sold as is. Thanks for looking.
