Condition is used but both valves have been tested on a valve characteristic meter AVO VCM 163 as both being in good working condition (please see above images of both valves being tested). 

The valves come in their original TUNSGRAM packaging (as is also shown in the images above). There is some cosmetic wear on the original box packaging due to being in storage and collecting dust.
