It has a very interesting photographic image of the original building!
It notes:
Absolutely Fireproof
Circulating Ice Water in every room
This letter was written
during the year of 1919.
Very interesting content to this historical letter, but I suspect it may have had a second page at one time because it is not signed.
On a website called Emporis, I did find some data on the fowler house building which appears to be adjacent to this building. I believe it may be renovated into apartments and has "Fireproof" hotel painted on the exterior which is noted in the letterhead. I could not find much historical data on the hotel circa 1919.
CONDITION: Normal letter folds, subtle flaws lower left corner by in very good condition. Sold AS IS. The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to this letterhead.
Approximate size of letterhead is 6" X 9 1/2".
