Returns
If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer a full refund on most products. You must return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order within its original packaging.
We require the item back in the unused, free from defects and repackaged correctly with any additional accessories and/or fixtures. You will need to contact us for the return address and to also make us aware of the return prior to returning this to us.
We are unable to issue any refunds for any returns processed outside of our 30 day returns policy.
Any products returned to us in a damaged, faulty or unacceptable condition will be subject to a deduction in refund costs.
We do not offer free returns for unwanted items so to return your item back to us, you need to return this back to us yourself, we suggest a courier website called Parcel2Go, you just need to put your collection and delivery address followed by the box dimensions and weight (which are written on the carton).
