Please do not purchase if you require delivery between these dates, as I have recently encountered a customer who left me negative feedback and accused me of being a dishonest seller. eBay have informed me that I have followed their procedures and I have done nothing wrong. They also praised me for being polite and professional during all the communications with her despite all of her abuse she was giving me. 

I have a Black, brown & Cream Satin effect Knotted Elasticated Headband, which I don't think has been worn, but I will mark it as used.

My local post office is still operating at reduced hours (3pm closure!!) so I may not be able to post the item out to you the same day, as I don't finish work until 4pm. 

I will combine postage costs if you want to purchase more than one item.

I have encountered a couple of problems recently where parcels have gone missing, so I have had to put compensation claims in with Royal Mail. If by any chance your order doesn't arrive (fingers crossed this doesn't happen), I have to wait 10 working days after the expected delivery date would have been before I can submit the claim form. Once I hear back from Royal Mail, I can then either refund you or hopefully they may have located it. I just want to pre-empt customers of the procedure that I have to follow if this does happen to save confusion.
