It is personalized and says: To Jules Vallieres With Best Wishes Edward MacHugh The Gospel Singer N.B.C.

Overall condition is quite good for its age, which we guesstimate to be 1910's - 1920's. There is some light wear/minor wrinkling to the edges and corners.

Edward MacHugh was a gospel singer who had a daily broadcast from NBC in New York City in the early 20th century. His show was called: "Edward MacHugh, Your Gospel Singer"
