Aurora TJet McLaren BRM Formula 1 Slimline Solit Rivet HO Slot Car #1405

Here up for sale is a used Aurora TJet McLaren BRM F1 slimline slot car.  It is missing the chrome exhaust piece at the rear end.  Rear wheel wells have been evenly sanded-enlarged.  A whitish stress mark and small crack is present over the right front wheel well area.  Screw posts are not cracked.  A red plastic spacer has been added to the rear screw to give the body proper elevation over the chassis.

Comes on a solid rivet original style Aurora slimline chassis which is the type without the reinforcing bracket on the bottom in front of the rear wheel wells area.  Has a running coppery color wire/gray lamination armature.  Original rear tires are rather dried out giving wheelspin, so I've included a pair of silicone slicks on this car for running. The original dried out tires will also be included separately.  Do not fully tighten rear body screw, to avoid binding on the chassis.  Nice one for a runner.
