In Germany a proposal is being considered to provide separate railway carriages for drunken men. If this classification of passengers is further extended it will conduce no comfort of everyone.

The six cartoon's are captioned;

The cartoon at bottom right is signed with A W ? and dated

The paper is about 6 3/8" x 7.75".

This is a lovely piece that would look just great in a frame.

Is in good shape with some foxing and light "smudging" of the pencil. Some old tissue paper stuck over the title

Looks like a page of an art book/autograph book.
