Just a great old painting that would look wonderful framed

This original watercolor / drawing  was in an old artists sketch/painting book that was falling apart.

Unfortunately it is not signed.

The book was from the 1940's and came from an estate in rural Nova Scotia.

This piece is about 8.25" x 5.25"

The edge has old pin/staple holes on the left edge. In good shape with normal age wear and some age toning.

Has the number on the top right corner.
