We offer for your consideration this antique Graflex SLR Camera.

This is Graflex R.B. Series D camera that has been somewhat modified. The front lens cover door that usually drops away so the retracting lens can be deployed, has been replaced by large metal lens mount board that has a Wollensak 15 Inch f/5.6

Telephoto lens mounted to it.The mount board is held securely in place with four Knurled knobs.Everything else about this camera is all R.B. Series D. The back rotates smoothly. The film holder it comes with is a slotted Graflex back. The inside looks pretty clean. The only semi internal issue would be the worn out viewing hood, fortunately replacements are not difficult to source.

This camera does have a very beefy, non standard, tripod mount plate and block attached to the bottom. The moroccan leather covering is bit dry, and tad faded on the side opposite the Graflex plaque. The handle once mounted on top has gone missing.

This camera carries the serial number 312757, which we believe dates it to around 1914. If we are incorrect in our estimation, please feel free to contact us with the correct information.

If you are Photographer/Artist who still shoots in larger formats this camera may be a valuable tool to add to your set of tools you create with.
