This map is from a Plat Book of Preble County Ohio Compiled from County Records and Actual Surveys published by the Northwest Publishing Company Des Moines Iowa 1912.

These maps are back-to-back on a single page. Each page measures 14¾" x  18¾".

This is a very beautifully detailed engraving with nice colors.  Map is in very good condition.  

This map would present wonderfully in a nice frame.
