The books cover is blue cloth boards with gold gilt title writing. The cover is in very nice clean condition. With original dust jacket , which is clipped. Other than a few small tears along the top edge, the jacket is in good condition. The hinges , inner boards and endpapers are in good condition.  Division charts to front and back endpapers and boards. With 19 maps and 4 Aerial Views. Also very well illustrated throughout with plates ( see pictures).  There is also a large map / poster at the back of the book. There are 265 pages including the appendix.. All the pages, plates and maps are in nice clean condition. Overall a nice copy of this rare and scarce 1st edition of  Mountain and Flood by George Blake.  The binding is tight and square.
