The book measures approx. 10 by 7 inches, small signs of wear or use. The cover is nice and clean with some slight wear and rubbing, very nice condition. The spine ends are good, some light wear, some toning and darkening. The boards and corners are nice with some minor denting and wear. The hinges and binding are tight and strong. The pages are bright and clean with some very minor foxing from age, and slightly dusty from long storage.
