This is not the tiny top hat that one sees everywhere on the internet. It is 7.5”x6.75”x3” tall. It is a one-size-fits-all and will stay firmly placed with an elastic band to tuck under your hair at the nape of the neck and a comb sewn on the underside for added stability. It is worn perched atop the head and tilted forward to one side. It is lightweight but durable and can be worn again and again for any social occasion.
