We can only accept returns if they are either genuinely faulty or in pristine condition (have not been fitted and in original unmarked packaging).            

Returns received by us within 30 days or after  more the date of despatch will not be accepted unless specifically agreed before hand.            

We will start your return process within 2 working days and will act quickly to action whatever we have agreed over email (refund, replacement, or exchange).            

PLEASE NOTE = Make sure you have selected the correct Newton (N) before purchasing the product. If you do not know the correct Newton (N) calculation, you can use the Newton (N) calculation formula below. Please message us if you are still unsure. We will do our best to assist you.

 WARNING = If you have purchased the wrong Newton (N) or Length (MM) product, PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE INITIATING A RETURN. We can change it to the dimensions you want without making a return.
