You can return your item if it is not as described, faulty( see waranty terms) or damaged in transit.Please contact us through ebay messages, our friendly staff is here to help.Items damaged in transit have to be returned to us, replacement can take up to 14 days because of the time required for carriers transit damage claims.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the item is not suitable for your application. Products have to be returned to us in original packaging with all manuals and accesories.
Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise). For warranty issues products have to be sent back to us, in original packaging and with all manuals and accesories, with copy of eBay invoice and description of fault.
