If you buy an item and want to return it because of unwanted or unsuitable, please message us to confirm, as these are only accepted in some circumstances - within 14 days of receiving
All returns must be in original packaging and include all accessories which accompanied the original shipment
All items must be sent back to us in unused/undamaged with no usage marks at all as you received it - warranty will not cover any physical screen or water damage
If the item is returned with any usage marks & is not in a resalable condition as new we will unable to give full refund back, as the item now would be considered as used and we will only be able to resell it as used so therefore only part refund would be given
Please be extra careful when returning fragile items as we can only refund if they are in original condition and resaleable condition
Postage and insurance charges are non-refundable for exchange/return items
