Buyer is obligated to inspect goods upon receipt.

1. If merchandise is defective please contact us immediately.
2.  Indicate the reason of the return in your email then will issue you a Return Merchandised Authorization number (RMA#)
3.  Include the RMA# in the Box when shipping the item back to us. We will Exchange or Refund your money. 
4.  Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back the same condition as receivedand.
5.  RMA number is required for all returns.
6.  Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods. 

7. If a package arrived damage, please notify us immediately.

If a Global Shipping Program item arrives damaged, the Global shipping buyer should file a “damaged return request, just as the non-Global does.

 All international purchase shall be purchased through the Global shipping program

2.  USPS Express/Air shipping for Hawaii, Alaska and APO address is additional, please email us for quotes.
3.  Other Air shipping options are also available. Please E-mail us for upgraded shipping charge.
4.  To ship a large item to PO boxes, APO or AFO zip code also will be charge additional shipping fees.

5.  We Offer local pick up in some cases.
