FEATURES:

1)  This was put out by the Franklin Mint in 1996.

2)  The pieces alone in their protective box weigh in at 2.5 lbs. 

3)  The Kings measure in at 2 1/2" tall and 1/6 oz. each and have the trademark "Coca-Cola" script near the top. 

4)  The base of each 24 karat gold plated piece is flat and says, "Coca-Cola Brand Chess."  The 32 wonderfully detailed pieces comes in a foam custom-lined red box which in gold lettering says, "Coca-Cola Stained Glass Chess Set; 1996 The Coca-Cola Company All Rights Reserved; Distributed by the Franklin Mint" to ensure it's safe and protected.

 5)    The board is in stunning red and white stained glass and engulfed in a beautiful hardwood frame with 4 gold accented Coca-Cola logos.  The base is 14 1/8" x 14 1/8" and 2 1/8" tall and is slightly raised onto 4 felt-based legs to ensure no harm will come to your furniture.  There is amazing detail on the 32 chess pieces as well.

You are bidding on a vintage style Franklin Mint Coca Cola brand name chess set with a  stained glass playing board with board edges and brass style playing pieces.  This set is gorgous and would make any Coca Cola collector or chess player proud to own it.  The pieces have been taken out of the box to be viewed only, this board has not been played with.  Everything you see you will get plus the box of the chess pieces.  The Franklin Mint paperwork is missing, but as you can see in the pictures each of the pieces is identified as well as the board.  Winner of this auction will recieve a pristine chess board with all 32 playing pieces.
