Shipping:  For your assurance, we only send National items with tracking and signature on delivery. We offer this service at no additional cost to our shipping and handling fees. International items may be tracked and insured upon your request and at your expense. If you require these additional services, please contact us prior to your purchase. We pack every item carefully and ship very promptly once payment is received. Import duties, customs fees, taxes and associated charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to bidding/buying. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping companies.

Combined Orders:  To save on shipping with combined orders:
(1) Add all the items you would like to order to your eBay cart.
(2) When you have finished shopping, go to your eBay cart and check over your order. Your combined shipping discount will be shown at the bottom of the checkout.
(3) After you have reviewed your order, please 'proceed to checkout'.

Returns:  Once you receive your parcel, please check your order thoroughly to ensure that everything meets your satisfaction. Trojan Classic Motorcycles provides you with 3 days from the date your parcel is delivered to report errors or defects. Due to eBay, PayPal and Logistics Handling Fees, there are no refunds, no credits and no returns for items purchased incorrectly on eBay.

Fitment:  We strongly recommend that you have vehicle parts fitted by suitably qualified professionals. Many products are shipped without fitment instructions as they are intended for fitment by qualified professionals. We describe each item honestly and to the best of our ability.
