Vintage Pop Up Pirate on a Stick in Cone Puppet Toy

In good vintage condition

Cone is white and red striped with blue trim 

Pirate is dress in blue with Bandana with Bead wearing an eye patch

Closed with stick it is 23" long the cone is 8 1/2" 

No tags on where it was made.
