1887 JUBILEE SG207a DIE2 5d PURPLE & BLUE UNMOUNTED MINT PAIR RARE VARIETY

 A very fine and fresh unmounted mint pair, from the top right corner of the post office sheet of 120 stamps.

Stamp R1/11 showing unlisted variety "break in body of top lion SE trio".

The important thing about this piece, it shows part of watermark cross in margin NE corner,

so from the top right pane of 120 stamps, of the post office block of 4 panes - 480 stamps.

Should another one be found in the same position, the variety may be accepted as a constant.

From the 3rd marginal setting, blue lines in margin broken, from later printing.
