This is a rare collection whereby the Niobium Pewter FDC come with cover and it's almost 21 years of age. 2 set of lovely premier edition first day cover featuring the stamps issued by Pos Malaysia on 31 Dec 1999 & 1 Jan 2000 under the title “Millennium” together with a beautifully crafted cashet in Niobium (by Royal Selangor) of the RM1 stamp from the miniature sheet of the same issue. This Niobium version is limited edition of 2,000 ONLY (contact me if you want to know the series #). The envelope contains an information leaflet about the issue. Condition as per shown in photos, 2 envelopes still seal with original protection plastic. Niobium material is a chemical element with the symbol Nb (atomic number 41). Niobium is a light grey, crystalline, and ductile transition metal. Pure Niobium has a Mohs hardness rating similar to pure titanium. This is very rare material used by Royal Selangor.
