Shipping

Most products are shipped the “same business day” upon receipt of the payment and ordered prior to 10:00 am CST, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 10:00 am will be shipped the following business day.

Please take advantage of the “add to cart” button on each product you are purchasing prior to completing checkout. This will ensure you will receive all paid items in the same time frame.

Your item will be sent via USPS or UPS (seller’s option).  Please ensure the address is accurate.  We will not ship the product until we verify your address is correct.

Shipping rates apply to the lower 48 United States.  International, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, The Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands shipping costs are automatically calculated by eBay based on buyer’s location.  These shipments will be paid by the buyer.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If within 30 days after you receive your shipment and you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund. Refunds will be processed (1-2) days after the item is received. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging with no modifications, alterations, and uninstalled.

No international returns will be accepted unless the item is “not as described”.  Please contact us via eBay messaging before processing a return.

Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Repack the item in the box it was shipped in, remove all shipping labels and include a copy of your invoice. You must ship orders back prepaid.

If a product does not meet your expectations, please permit us the opportunity to fix the issue before leaving feedback.  If you have a question or need assistance with one of our products, please contact us through eBay messaging and we will respond within 48 hours.

Terms - Immediate payment is required on all purchases.

Sales tax is charged through eBay at your state’s sales tax rate.
