Shipping

Most products are shipped the “same business day” upon receipt of the payment and ordered prior to 10:00 am CST, Monday through Friday. However, if the product is currently not in stock at our Texas warehouse, it will be shipped from another one of our other warehouses not located in Texas. Orders received after 10:00 am will be shipped the following business day.

Your item will be sent via USPS or UPS (seller’s option).  Please ensure the “ship to” address is accurate.  We will not ship the product until your address is verified.

Shipping rates apply to the lower 48 United States.  International, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, The Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands shipping costs are automatically calculated by eBay based on buyer’s location.  These shipments will be paid by the buyer.

Return Policy

If a product does not meet your expectations, please permit us the opportunity to fix the issue before leaving feedback. A satisfied customer is our #1 priority!  If you have a question or need assistance with one of our products, please contact us through eBay messaging and we will respond within 48 hours.

 

If within 30 days after you receive the item, you may return it for a refund should you not be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be processed 1-2 days after we have received the returned item.

 

No international returns will be accepted unless the item is “not as described”.  Please contact us via eBay messaging before processing a return.

 

All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with no modifications, alterations, manuals, accessories, and uninstalled. Repack the item in the box it was shipped in, please remove all shipping labels and include a copy of your invoice. You must ship orders back prepaid.
