I only sell genuine, earth mined gemstones, set into solid 925 sterling silver or gold. I do not and will never sell lab-created stones such as cubic zirconia. Some of the silver jewellery may have a platinum or gold overlay but the base metal is always solid sterling silver. I only sell online, enabling me to keep my prices low.

DISPATCH TIME
I post all orders asap within 3 working days. This includes special delivery items. I work full time so have to post around my shifts. Where special delivery is offered, it is to ensure the value of the item is covered in case of loss but it will still be dispatched within 3 working days. I cannot offer next-day or same-day postage so if you are unable to wait then please re-consider buying the item.
*Dispatch & delivery times are not the same. The dispatch time is the time it takes for me to post your item & delivery time is the time it takes for your item to arrive once it has been posted.
Items will only be sent to the confirmed address which is shown on your order details. I will not post to an alternate address under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of checkout and this address cannot be altered after payment has been made.
DELIVERY TIMES & UPGRADING TO 1ST CLASS OR SIGNED FOR
The delivery time stated in the listing is an estimate provided by eBay (not a guaranteed date). Once your order has been posted, the delivery time is entirely down to Royal Mail, of which I have no control over.
If you choose the free postage option, your order will be sent 2nd class which is usually delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch however all post is still very slow at the moment due to the pandemic so it could take longer. You can upgrade the delivery service to 1st class or signed for at the checkout prior to payment. Royal Mail’s Signed For service is NOT trackable, it gives a signature upon delivery enabling us both to see when the item has been delivered and who signed for the item.
Special Delivery is the ONLY service that is fully tracked and gives a guaranteed delivery date. It will require a signature upon delivery.
Upgrades to the delivery service must be done at the time of checkout before payment is made.
I use PPI Business mail to post my items. The delivery address and order information is imported directly from eBay and printed onto a label. For this reason, no changes can be made once payment has been received.
Royal Mail only classes an item as lost once 10 working days from the date of posting have passed. In this instance, I will file a claim with Royal Mail and issue a refund.

Terms of Sale
RETURNS
Please use the eBay returns system if you wish to return an item where you will be automatically provided with the returns address. Return postage must be paid for by you unless you believe an item to be faulty, in which case a returns label will be provided.
*If you claim an item to be faulty when it isn’t so that you do not have to pay the return postage, you are committing fraud and eBay will be notified and you will be reported for fraud which may risk suspension of your account or limitations being applied. The return may also be rejected and you will be liable to pay the return postage of the item to be sent back to you.*
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of payment and will only be accepted if the item has not been worn or altered in and is returned in its original condition & packaging, with any tags still attached. Upon receipt, please inspect your item as you would do in a shop to ensure you are happy with it. If you wish to return it, DO NOT use or wear it. If any item is returned back to me in an un-saleable/used condition then a refund will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to you.
**Earrings: Earrings are dispatched in sealed packaging. If you break the seal, your right to return them is void. Earrings are a hygiene-sensitive item and fall under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 28(3) which covers hygiene exceptions: "The rights conferred by this part cease to be available in the following circumstances: (a) in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery; ..."
Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your eBay user ID and order number. Failure to include this information will delay your refund.
I strongly advise all returns to be sent back via a tracked delivery service. If you choose to send back your return via un-tracked post, I cannot be held liable if it goes missing and you will need to take this up with the courier.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are returning your item from outside of the UK your postal service will provide you with a customs form, which needs to be visible on your returned parcel. You MUST clearly write the following on the customs form: RETURNED ITEM NO DUTIES. If you don't do this and your package incurs import duty/tax, it will be returned back to you unpaid.
REFUNDS
eBay manages the payment system now so once I have confirmed your refund, it may take a few days for eBay to process the refund and for it to show in your bank. I have absolutely no control over how long this takes and you should contact eBay if you want further clarification.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the event of a perceived fault or if an item arrives damaged, please notify me within 7 days of receipt. I am happy to replace (or refund if a replacement is unavailable) an item within 30 days.
The faulty item must be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
I have taken reasonable steps to display as accurately as possible the colours and other detailing of the products however, the actual colours and detailing you see onscreen will depend on the equipment you use to view the products. I cannot guarantee that your screen or computer monitor will display any colour or detail accurately.
Any sizes stated in the listing are for guidance only and may be slightly out due to manual measuring. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any product, please contact me prior to placing an order.
