Safety brake installation method:
       1. The mandrel behind the motor and the plane should be machined 0.05mm at 90°, so that the brake will not cause friction with the brake upper pressure plate when the brake disc rotates, and the brake motor will be stuck due to high temperature caused by friction.

       2. When locking the brake fixing screw, pay attention to the fact that the electric hexagonal handle is too close to the brake pad, which will cause friction with the brake pad, which will cause the coil to produce blanks, which will affect the brake clearance. Brake to generate friction between the disc and the armature plate

      3. When installing the brake, the brake should be powered by 24V first to make the brake pad moveable. After aligning the hexagonal bushing, gently install the brake into the motor and then cover it with the aligning screw hole. Tighten the screw.        6. When installing the outer hexagonal bushing, do not rub against the brake coil yoke due to the incorrect center.

       7. Installation method It is recommended that the rear cover of the motor has more than one protrusion to match the inner hole of the brake fixing plate, so that the center point of the brake can be better controlled.


Installation Notes
     1. When installing the brake, please pay attention to whether the center of the pad is aligned.
     2. When the brake is matched with the bushing, do not knock it to avoid deformation of the disc.
     3. If the center of the reed is not aligned, please turn on the power first to make the reed move and then install it.
     4. The perpendicularity between the motor mounting surface and the shaft center should be processed within 0.05mm to avoid jamming.

Safety brake test method:
     When testing the brakes, you should first power the brakes to 24V, and listen to the sound of the brakes being stuck or the brake actuating plate actuated, then actuate the motor from 0V to 24V, and then listen to whether the brakes have brakes to make the pad friction sound. .
