Brand New (NOS) Novelty License Plates. These plates measure 11 3/4" X 6". I have 100 of these plates with different sayings on them. Some of these plates are in plastic some of them are not. These were in a milk crate maybe looked through a few times a week, but they were never displayed. Some of these may have a scratch or two here and there. Please see pictures for details.
