Hello,

This pot was made by Moriyama Shuzan, a modern potter who makes, as you can see, quite eccentric pieces. Well made, usable for an accent planting or a Mame or small shohin size tree, and a good value in terms of cost.

I don’t know much about the potter, I recently bought a decent size lot of them at an auction.

Since the pots are irregular, especially along the rim, all size were measured as closely as possible.
