This program is in GOOD (moderate cover wear, see scan) condition.  

This listing also comes with a slightly oversized ROSTER sheet that is stapled to a couple of pages of stats.  I don't know if this additional info came from a member of the press or media but is a nice little bonus to an already nice program.
