Introductions to the vehicles 

British Leyland Clysedale
British Leyland Clysedale is a bus used by the Ceylon Transport Board from 1980 to 2004. The bus is now out of service in Sri Lanka. The chassis of the bus was imported from The Great Britain. Coach (Body) was built by Sri Lanka Central Transport Board. This is one of the longest buses in Sri Lanka.

Ashok Leyland Viking Old

Ashok Leyland Viking (Brij Body) is a bus used by the Ceylon Transport Board since 1998. The bus is still in service in Sri Lanka. The complete bus is made in India.

TATA Dimo

TATA Dimo is a bus use by the Ceylon Transport Board since 1995. The vehicle is still in service in Sri Lanka. The make of the bus is TATA, India. Coach (Body) was built by Dimo  in Sri Lanka. It was manufactured in 1995.

Isuzu Journey M 

Isuzu Journey M is a minibus widely used in Sri Lanka for transportation. Earlier used as a luxury air conditioned intercity bus and now widely used for short distance travels. These models are still used in Sri Lanka. The minibus was completely built by Isuzu Motors, Japan.

Isuzu ELR500

Isuzu ELR500 is a bus use by the Ceylon Transport Board since 1989. The vehicle is still in service in Sri Lanka for short distance travels between villages. The make of the bus is Isuzu Motors, Japan. Coach (Body) was built by Kitamura, Japan.

Isuzu ECR500

Isuzu ECR500 is a bus use by the Ceylon Transport Board since 1989. The vehicle is now out of service in Sri Lanka. The bus was equipped with a rear engine and an automatic gear box. The make of the bus is Isuzu Motors, Japan. Coach (Body) was built by Kitamura, Japan.

Class M2a Locomotive

Class M2a 592 is a Locomotive used in Sri Lanka (Ceylon) Railway since 1956. The locomotive is still in service. It was received from Canada under the Colombo Plan Aid. The unit was built by "General Motors Diesel" in Canada. The locomotive weigh around 79 tons and has a power output of 1425hp. It is diesel-electric powered and has a maximum speed of 112kmph 

Ashok Leyland Viking New

Ashok Leyland Viking 210 Turbo is a bus used by the Ceylon Transport Board since 2010. The bus is still in service in Sri Lanka. The complete bus is made in India.

Isuzu Wesco

Isuzu Wesco is a bus use by the Ceylon Transport Board since 1996. The vehicle is still in service in Sri Lanka. The make of the bus is Isuzu Motors, Japan. Coach (Body) was built by Duple Metsec  in Sri Lanka. It was manufactured in 1996 and has a seating capacity of 50. In Sri Lanka, this bus was used as a semi luxury coach.
