This is a 2003 Paper Magic Group Halloween mask.

It is a tight fit for an average size adult. If you are above average in size it probably won’t fit unfortunately. I am 5’10, 180lbs with short hair. It is a tight fit and looks great. I don’t recommend for anyone larger in size though.
