Vintage Falk 3-Pin Ski Leather Boots Shoes Size 33 Norway Lace-Up (8 Women's?)

They are marked size 33 and I do not know if this is an EU size, or the gender. I wear a size 10 women's, and my feet are narrow for this size - I am unable to get these all the way on my feet because they are short about an inch, but the width is right. So, my GUESS is they are a size 8 women's. The measurements are:

Length of the exterior leather shoe part only (not the bindings): 10.5"

Width, measured from top of shoe: 3.5"

I am unable to tell if these are black or midnight blue (my eyes play tricks on me with this color). The photos are true to color.

Occasional scuffs. Creases where feet bend. Some wear on the edges of openings. Otherwise in good used condition. Please see photos.
