This is a hand-made Silver pendant from Tibet.
I'm not familiar enough with the Indian deities to say for certain which one is represented by this pendant. You can easily see that this sterling silver item was handmade. Each one is unique.
I also can't say with certainty the exact percentage of silver in these pieces. Some are stamped .925, but most of them don't have markings.
