This silvertone necklace features a lovely mid-sized lacy openwork pendant with a looped outer rim that gives it charm and character.  The center is accented with a shiny medal bearing a nicely raised and detailed image of St. Dymphna.  It has a pebbled finish on the reverse and measures 1 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches long.  It includes a brooch fitting to allow it to be taken off the chain and worn as a pin if desired.  The chain is 20 inches and closes with a safety catch.  It is in new condition.
