The Spectrum Saloon Car is a non-combat patrol vehicle specially designed for speed. Fitted racing tyres and a roof-mounted stabilising fin, enable the car to travel at 160mph, while a strengthened body protects the passengers.

Captain Scarlet in the codename for Pal Metcalfe,

born in 2036. He previously served with the World

Army Air Force. Both he and Caps Black are

Colonel White is the commander of Spectrum and a former Admiral in the World Navy
