Future proof your Ridge Racer/Outrun purchase by buying a replacement set of pedals and control panel. Or replace ones that are broken. Note the control panel will not fit the Outrun cabinet and the pedals will, but the wheel could be removed to replace a broken outrun wheel. See youtube for videos on how to do that. These are fully tested working new Arcade1up parts.
If you use these pedals for an outrun cabinet you'll have to calibrate them. Ridge Racer Cabinet how to calibrate: Turn the machine OFF. Hold down the START button and LIVE button at the same time & turn the machine back ON while continuing to hold the buttons. Follow on-screen instructions. Outrun cabinet how to calibrate: Turn the machine OFF. Hold down the START and MUSIC buttons at the same time & turn the machine back on. Follow on-screen instructions.
