It is available in 2 size combinations - H5 (6 - 14) or R5 (14 - 22)  

As these are US/EU sized please see the information for sizing are shown on the back of the envelope photo. It is always best to go on body measurements instead of size for Simplicity patterns.

The pattern is uncut, has full instructions and includes all seam & hem allowance.

Suggested fabrics: 

Bodice & skirt - Brocade, Dupioni, Faille, Satin, Taffeta. Panniers - Cotton types. 

Allow extra fabric for matching plaids and stripes.
