Products sold in: 

1lb size bags (makes about 8 pots) - Ground (typically 12oz bags are sold vs. our 16oz bags) **We offer (2) types of grinds - "drip" - for coffee pot machines & "fine" - for pour overs.  Please be sure when you place your order that you have selected the type of ground you would like.

Brewing Coffee

Grind whole beans just prior to brewing. Brew with cold, filtered water.  Use 1 - 2 TBSP (to your taste) per cup of water. We recommend brew temperature to be between 200 - 205 degrees. Serve immediately. Enjoy.

Coffee Storage

For the best freshness quality, please seal bag tightly or store in an airtight container after opening, in a cool, dry place.  Once opened, we recommend using within 2 weeks.
