The purple & white ribbons read: "STATE ELKS ASSOCIATION...MAY 22-23, 1931...DOUGLAS, ARIZ." The metal pin is 7/8 inches long, by 5/8 inch wide. The combined pin & ribbon is 3 & 1/2 inches long.
