This completely wired assembly includes pearloid plate, controls, knobs, switches and input jack with washer and nut. There are no pickup leads on this panel.

Dimensions: Approximately 4-3/16" long by 1-1/4" wide. Mounting holes are approximately 3-29/32" apart center to center.

Screws not included.
