There is one color per 1 ounce bag.
Sold by weight, an average bag contains approx. 150 feathers. This can vary...and you may receive anywhere 140-160 feathers per bag, depending on the feather sizes. The weight will be correct.
You will receive a random mix of feather lengths & types...some will be all fluff and some may flat tips, some will be wide, some thinner & the feathers you receive will be an assortment of sizes ranging between 3-8 inches
These are professionally sanitized and dyed domestic turkey feathers.
Sent in recloseable gallon sized ziplock bag.

* we recommend buying all your feathers for your project at one time, as new dye lots may have slight variations in color. (not usually ... but it can happen) We can not & do not guarantee that feathers ordered at different times will be exact & perfect matches in color. Dyes are not 100% colorfast and may bleed when wet.
* COLOR : we do photograph our feathers under a tru-color optic light and edit our photos on a color calibrated monitor. All our feather photos look true to color when we post them online. HOWEVER, we cannot control how your device displays color to you. This can vary. For that reason, we can not and do not guarantee that the feathers you receive will be an exact tonal match to what your device shows you.

Because of the intense bleach & dye process these feathers go through, it creates loose fluff.
We do not intentionally package it up, it just tends to stick to the feathers.
For that reason, we recommend:
1) NOT dumping the entire bag out as this will be messy
2) Working in an area that is easily cleanable and away from fans or breezes.
3) Taking the feathers out of the bag one or two at a time and giving them a gentle shake while still in the bag. This will help minimize any mess & most fluff and dander (natural feather shaft shedding) will remain in the bag.
