Made with fluffy dyed marabou turkey feathers and beautiful Peacock eye feathers at the top.
Each fan has 21 decorative plastic staves, all nicely feathered, each connected to a metal ring at the bottom.
Each fan has a color coordinated tassel tied onto the metal ring.
The plastic stave (base) of the fan measures 7.5"x12".
Great for costuming, burlesque and all around fun!
