In the event that an item is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, l-cooperman must be notified within 48 hours.
We will try our best to provide a replacement and if a replacement is not available then full refund will be offered as long as the item is returned in its original state. Labour/Return cost is not covered.
Your part number must also be checked with the one we advertise (if shown) as some items may appear the same in our advertised photos but part numbers are completely different.
In the event that an item is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error,
l-cooperman must be notified immediately and the part must be returned as soon as possible in its original state at the cost of the customer and full refund will be offered.
